「交易取消功能」-條款與條件

你將以選定的價格和有效期限購買交易取消功能。

透過啟用此功能，您同意以下條款和條件，點擊買入或賣出按鈕時同樣適用。

1. 購買「交易取消功能」 支付的這筆費用是不予返還的。
2. 保證金不能超過可用餘額。
3. If there is not enough available free balance to cover the cost of the dealCancellation fee at the time of deal opening, any outstanding fees will be deducted from your credit/debit card which is attached to your trading account.
4. 所支付的費用僅涵蓋交易開始時指定的時期，且無法延期
5. 費用是根據所選的產品的實際波動率而計算的。
6. 「交易取消功能」一旦過期或執行，將無法再被延期。
7. You must choose one of the following trade time (hereinafter referred to as "expiry time"):
   1. 1 hour
   2. 3 hours
   3. 6小時
8. 交易取消選項可能會因所選交易產品而異。
9. 上述三個不同的到期時間費用有所不同。
10. 在規定的到期時間之前，您可以隨時取消「交易取消功能」 所涵蓋的交易。
11. 交易將會在滿足以下任何一項將會終止，除非找到到任何未經授權的活動：
    1. Termination "closing deal" initiated by you;
    2. 交易交割期。 。

12. A deal will be cancelled if closed for any reason, at a negative P&L while it is covered by dealCancellation feature. This includes if the deal is closed by a Stop Loss.
13. 如果透過「交易取消功能」而被取消的交易，被收取了持倉續期費，此費用將不予返還。
14. 交易者只能透過易信easyMarkets交易平台，購買「交易取消功能」。
15. 您只能在交易開始時購買「交易取消功能」。
16. 「交易取消功能」將無法轉移至其他交易和/或其他帳戶
17. 當您的交易透過「交易取消功能」被取消時，此交易將以0（零）損失結清並且創建此交易時所佔用的保證金將被100%返還到您的帳戶餘額中。
18. 「交易取消」功能到期後，當日交易訂單受價差合約保證金水準%規則約束，並可能因價差合約保證金水準較低而停止交易。
19. Due to exchange rate fluctuation, the margin to risk, once converted back to the trading account’s base currency, may be different when the deal is cancelled or closed.
20. 交易取消功能適用於模擬帳戶交易
21. 易信easyMarkets保留在任何時間不事先通知而自行決定停用該功能的權利。
22. 易信easyMarkets保留隨時修改這些條款和條件的權利。
